Process

How a project runs

The same shape every time, whether it's a single page or a full application.

  1. Step 1

    Enquiry

You explain what you need and roughly what it's for — enough detail to get a properly considered reply rather than a template.

  2. Step 2

    Paid discovery

For Build-tier projects, a short paid discovery phase (from £500, credited to your project if you go ahead) to properly scope the work before a fixed price is set.

  3. Step 3

    Design

Layouts and content structure, agreed with you before any build work starts.

  4. Step 4

    Build

The site or application gets built, tested, and optimised as it goes, not bolted on at the end.

  5. Step 5

    Launch

Deployed, checked, and handed over with everything you need to run it.

  6. Step 6

    Care plan

Ongoing hosting, patching, backups, and support so it stays fast and safe after launch.

Good to know

What's not included

Being upfront about this now saves surprises later.

  • Writing your copy — Citriverse will advise on structure, but the words are best written by someone who knows your business
  • Photography and video production
  • Ongoing ad campaigns or paid media management
  • Third-party licence costs, such as premium plugins or stock assets

If something outside the agreed scope comes up mid-project, it's charged at a day rate, agreed with you before the work happens — never a surprise on the invoice.
